It is hostile to anyone optimizing for solitude. Photographers should anchor on the Beaver Marsh dawn window, post-storm light at the Ledges, and the longest daylight of any month. RV travelers should book Streetsboro / Cleveland SE KOA, Punderson, or West Branch state parks well ahead.
