What you can write us about
- Corrections
- A bad number, broken source link, miscalculated crowd score, wrong vintage, or a methodology claim that doesn't match the build script. The data behind every page is auditable and we'd rather hear about it.
- Source suggestion
- A missing NPS unit you'd like covered, a new official dataset or NOAA station we should pull from, or a concessioner page we should be linking. Useful for the publishing backlog.
- Technical issue
- Broken pages, layout problems on a real device, accessibility issues, sluggish loads. Tell us what device and browser you saw it on.
- Press
- Questions about the project, the data, the methodology, or reuse permissions. The underlying datasets are public-domain federal works; the page templates and editorial strings are retained as site IP.
- Other
- Anything that doesn't fit the four buckets above. We'll route it where it needs to go.
What happens after you submit
Submissions land in a managed inbox at our self-hosted Chatwoot. A human reads them. We don't auto-reply. If a response is needed, expect it to come from a person.
